Refund help?

Ok so I sold some items then I sent a support ticket in to ask if I can get it back but they said refunds are 3 days only now? What does that mean?

I believe the 3 day refund policy means that a support ticket must have been sent within 3 days of the sale of your items.
Refunds are only supposed to be for accidental selling of items so 3 days should be more than enough time to have realised your mistake and requested a refund.
