I have tried to log into account but it says my account has been disabled . I've emailed support but no response, very frustrating . Plz help. My character is rumpelstiltskin and rufuswolfwood. Both accounts deactivated . Plz i need this reversed thank you

Hi, appeals are taking longer than usual due to the number of support tickets and appeals that we are dealing with,

This increase in appeals is mainly down to banning accounts linked to lv1 scamming accounts and so the process of looking into them is a little more complex.

I shall be working through appeals this afternoon so hopefully will get the majority of appeals sent out being close of office today.

Update - all appeals have now been answered.

Well I haven't been using any account but my own i have 2 and records will show ive had for a long time
