Refund!

Hi there i have now been waiting a week now getting very frustrating i have asked for a refund on the sunshard band do the mountain peak
Please could you help me with my issue thanks

I believe a refund is only executed if you ask for the refund within 3 days of purchasing the items you want a refund for. OTM cannot refund any trades as they are final. If you did send in your support ticket within 3 days of purchasing the item from the shop, the support team should refund you soon. They dont work on weekends and are quite busy now, so give them some time.
Also, please don't make multiple posts about the same topic.
