Mailed items to wrong person

Can support return my items? Cause i sent it to the wrong person but im pretty sure that the person i sent it to is inactive since before i sent the mail, i havnt seen the guy around. Is it possible for my items to be back in my inven without waiting 28 days?

Support cannot refund mail, as, like trades, they are final. The process of sending mail from one account to another is handled by the server - therefore, until the other person receives the mail, the server is in charge of 'tracking' the mail; in order to stop the transaction support has to bring the server down.
You'll just have to wait, sorry.
