Hello, i am XxThatRoguexX from world belenus i am currently level 115 and a rogue. I have mailed you already about this and it has been a week. Please comment on this and help me recover this deleted character. I will tell ya the information when someone replys to this. thank you!

If u have already mailed then in game through the support function them all u can do is wait. If u sent an email for this i dont know the exact speed on their response for emails but it is most likely slower compared to in game support. Also know they dont work on the weekend so a week is only really 5 days and they have a back up of tickets when they come back every week. If u did email them i suggest u make a new character make sure u still have empty space on ur account for the server ur old character was on and then send support a ticket through the in game option. Give them all the details needed like the name of the character the lvl what server it was on explain clearly u deleted and want it restored.
