The regen does stack, there is nothing to worry about. However, you cannot equip 2 attack braces or 2 defence braces at the same time, so don't buy 2 of the same one.

The "Doesn't stack with other _______ bracelets" means that you cannot equip 2 of the same bracelet. If you have 1 attack and 1 defence, then the regen does stack.

False, Sunshard bracelets. It is not specific for a name and instead is general, it doesn't stack with either an attack or defense.
