Impersonating a gm

its just my first time playing this game. then someone cam after me telling he will ban me. but i know he is not a game master because real GM dont act like that. i want to report this player GoldenAndrex .i have a screenshot of our conversation

Generally reports are made through the support tool in game.
This can be found by going into menu ( squiggly thing at top left) ----> then click on support.
When in the support tool, choose an appropriate subject - in this case, Impersonating Game Developer/ Game Moderator.
Then in the description, write the characters names and a brief description of what they were doing, and if applicable a time of when it occurred (with time zone).
Please be aware that currently there are no Game Moderators in the game, and no OTM staff member would ever ask you for your password, or ban you through the conversation panel in game.

OTM staff also will only communicate with you by sending official messages, not through in-game chat. In-game chats are almost certainly scams.

One shouldn't report a player just based on just how someone acts. Could be having a bad day. If it's daily and your suspicious and if the screenshots you took of him say things like:
"I bought this character then scammed on it"
"This is my friends account"
"I bought this account"
"I'm not really so and so, isn't my account" etc
If he is saying he is a person who you know for a fact is not with attempts to scam. This is also a reason to report.
Things like this said in chat can be reported.
