#2It depends on how many tickets are sent on that day, it can take from as short as 10 minutes(very rarely) to 7 days. Also on OTM holidays(like Christmas) you won't get a response till after the break.

#3OTM staff do not work over the weekend and as a result there are generally more support requests (Backlog) over the first couple days of the week. As it was stated above - It does indeed depend on how many support requests where submitted that day or in general how many they need to sieve through.
