Goes connecting to world server then i cannot connect. Is this just me? Ive tried turning on and off my device and everything but cant seem to get it to work.

Could potentially be a problem with your box thing connecting to the internet. Give it a few hours then try again

Router is not the problem. This has been a persisting problem for some time. For me? About 2 years.

Josephine try to re-install the app see if that works. I sent a pm asking for other suggestions. Are you able to log yet? A while back I use to have issue with it saying that. I closed a lot of apps i had open and downloaded game over.

Are you still experiencing this issue? I am able to log-in from here ok and there are other players on as well.

Are you trying to connect via wi-fi or 3G/4G? Also have you changed Network or Internet Service Provider recently?

Any details you can give me might be useful in figuring out what the problem is.

All is good on my end. It was just yesterday for some reason. Was using WiFi for 4G. Not sure on Josephine yet.

Good, glad you got back in. Not sure what caused it but it must have been network related. Hopefully pretty localised as we never got too many reports of it.

Let me know if it comes back again.
