Random Disable?

Uhm. So about a week ago one of our clan members got randomly disabled for no reason what so ever. He is a 190+ rogue by the way. So... I try to log in this morning and Im also disabled
for no reason at all. Why?! Can we please get enabled?

Hi,
To appeal the disabling of an account:
Send an e-mail to
[email protected]
In your e-mail, state the name and World of a character on the account which has been disabled.
Write a SHORT summary as to why you feel your account should be enabled.
Appeals are dealing with an increase in tickets at the moment so there may be a bit of a delay. They are aiming to have all answered by Friday.

And also.. All 4 of my accounts are disabled. So I got nothing now.

Every account on my phone is disabled. And create a new one is too..

Sounds like your device is disabled.
Can you log onto your account from a different device?

This problem had been resolved. I reinstalled and it works now. It must have been a bug? And yes I can log in on my iPad.

Yes seems like a bug as your account was showing as being active when I looked it up
