Unfortunately OTM are human and after working long hours need a break. So in this regard they do not work weekends. Because of this however there is a backlog of support tickets at the start of every week, and it takes time going through those (apparently). The OTM staff try their best to answer tickets as their main method of support, but they also have to filter through emails among emails and forum messages among forum messages. I'm sure your email will get to them eventually. If it reaches the point where it has been more than two weeks - send in another email or make a level 1 toon and send an in game support ticket regarding the stance. They'll be sure to get back to you then.
