NativeX Not working

Ever since the update release of NativeX free platinum offers, I have not been capable of accessing it. I run CH on an Ipad which doesn't usually encounter any problems in game. Any solutions?

r u using a newer one or an older one? if ur using an older one i dunno wut the problem is.. but it doesnt work for my 1st gen ipad. if its a newer one, well, i still got no clue ._.

I had a few issues with NativeX in the past, others as well. I tried everything from updating, reinstalling device.
Try to visit the support article on the Celtic Heroes website titled ‘Issues with Free Platinum Offers.

NativeX does bug up occasionally, which is quite infuriating.
