Unable to Play

Just updated the game, however now I'm unable to play. When I tap the screen to play as Guest, it says Invalid Username or Password. I tried to make an account, and a message pops up saying the Guest account can not be found. Any help would be appreciated!

We're looking into this now. What we do need is your character name and the server you were playing on so we can try to sort this out.

I can't play it or anything stuck at loading screen then restarts my kyocera event 4.0.4 help i really want to play this game

Have you tried closing unused apps/ deleting cache? I had this same issue with loading screen on my Droid. After doing this it was working.
