hi there.. I just finished downloading and installing the game. i would love to be able to play it and im at the login screen/account creation screen.. ive tried multiple times creating various usernames and passwords, and various emails, through account creation etc.. and it keeps saying username or password incorrect .. (well of course!..im trying to 'Create' the account.. not log into one that already exists.) ive tried "forgotten password" on those account names ive created , and it says "username or email incorrect" .. also of course.. **i havent been able to make the account yet**..
so this is cyclical and frustrating and i dont even have the option to play the game as a guest anymore..
any fixes?

Have you had an account before? or is this your first time trying to create one?

We've been having an issue since the update with certain devices not being able to sign in or register.

What device are you using? and with what OS?

i just downloaded the game last night for the first time.. (never had an account with you guys before, never played before)
I have an LG G2 . model number (LG-D800)
Android version 4.4.2
software version D80020u

I have similar problem.

If any new users are encountering this error then we have a fix.

Clearing the cache and data then relaunching the game should make it possible to create an account.
