Hi, so I have some trouble with the quest 'the Defector', I only have to kill one more person (Vendral Frasight) and wanted to know, wether there's a spawning time or wether it just spawns at any time, or how I can make it faster, because since days now I'm checking at Shalemont River wether Vendral spawns but it just won't happen (at least when I check it, which I do often)

You have to keep killing the placeholder, it encourages him to spawn. If it's possible, maybe you can level around that area while waiting.

I believe they or the placeholders respawn every hour

thanks! The problem is, that I'm 70 which means I can't really lvl there good.
