In terms of not being able to log, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

If this doesn't work then you've done the right thing by emailing support, if you haven't heard back from them after a week, email them again.

It could be a web filter that is blocking your access to the patch server. Try it on a different wifi source and see if it allows you to log in
