Need Support As Soon As Possible!

Hello,

Im Dikus of lvl 29 Ranger in Morrigan. I have lost about 150-170k Gold With Blue Ardmair Set (No Mask) and Blue Phoenix Crest! Please refund me them. The Mail was to be sent to Littleman (Ranger Lvl 1) but it was sent to Littleman (Warrior Lvl 4)!! I dont care if it takes time to be refunded but I just need those stuff back!! Please Support i have contacted OTM Support through In-Game Support Tool and through Facebook..! Please help me guys!

You've done the right thing by contacting support.

They're always really busy but I'm sure they'll get to your ticket soon. Having said that, if you haven't heard back from them by next Friday (1 week) then submit another ticket.

Man that sucks. :( same thing happened to me you will probably get a message saying something around the lines of the support team can not refund any items sent in mail. If the items are unclaimed in 30 days they will be returned to you. I lost 1.2 mill gold in making this mistake once never got it back sry man. Wish u luck :)
