Is world transferring against terms of service? Wondering cause don't want to get banned

World transferring items isn't against rules. It is a bit risky as all trades are final. Some use a middle man person they "trust" to trade items back and forth between worlds. Buying, selling accounts is against rules. So if your trading/buying or selling an account with another person's account no bueno.
