Ok so i havent been on in ages and my fire mage Furia is not there... Is there a way i can get her returned please??? Please help me!!!

Send a ticket in to support using the in-game support feature to restore the charachter to the account if It was accidentally deleted

You can also email [email protected]
I also think email would be a better option, that way they know it is your account.
