Serial Spammer and We Cant See Name to Block

There is a serial spammer in epona who types serveral lines of "@@@@@@@@@@@"
We cannot see his name in shout and have only found one of the names by blocking suspects, but another person pops in their place and starts. It's very annoying at boss fights. This has been reported in the in-game support tool as well. We would love to just block them, but it's a little more difficult than that.

There is a setting to turn off all shouts completely. It's not a permanent fix, but it works.

Yea, in the settings you can turn off shouts or you can just block everyone...

The problem is that this person spams to annoy other people so as soon as he realise the majority of the players has blocked himhe can easily make a new character , get it to level 5 and spam again.
Like swan proposed , turn shouts off but than you wont be able to see usefull shouts.

Turning off shouts would ruin stuff, even if it is for the time being.. what if someone shouts something you need and some buys before you because of the idiot? it sucks..tbh this is why carro should have a damn level req lol and people should be able to be blocked other than them being in area or on friends list

But you wouldn't be able to see any shouts except for the spammer (if he is spamming non-stop anyways).

This issue is fixed in the new engine, by the way. The amount of lines you are able to type matches the text window.
