this downloading and playing games for getting plat is now working for me.can anyone help me resolve this problem i aldready mailed support three weeks ago ._. still waiting

NativeX/sonic wall is with a 3rd party otm has no control of it.

If you contact them they should respond within 3 business days by the way.
