you have to know your own timezone. they are in scotland and in the "centre" timezone

This is not a easy thing to get ur account back. It usually takes 1-2 weeks but if it takes more than that then u should contact morgana._.

they have already sent me an email regarding my appeal. Had to tell them some info on my account, so hopefully Monday they will be able to help some more. They actually answered me within a day so thats good. And I have messages morgana a few times but no respond. I hears she deals with this stuff. But I guess ill have to wait till Monday, I hope they can enable it soon. I miss playing. And what happend was very serious and I have learned from it

Yus. Ive waited 1.5 months once... Recently... And i contacted morgana for help (yay for morgana ) but if u just spam morgana or appeals then they'll either a, take longer to get ur appeal dealt with, or b, ignore u. Its best to contact morgana if this takes 2 weeks-1 month+.
