Reseting bosses (otm plz respone)

At this time players are able to reset boss with pathing glitches or lower levels out tuant higher levels and do this with ease just by Runnin around a object that cant be ran though and put the boss / npc on opposite side of the player that its chasin / has the most threat and it will reset the boss even if the is multiple players hitting / engaged with boss / npc is this going be fixxed anytime soon and if not whats being done to slove this problem thx

Curious as to why otm could take the time to ban the original poster, yet couldn't take the time to respond to this post.

4 days since posted ingame support sent responses telling ppl to ingore players and put them on block this doesnt fix the issue please btw 15 players got the same response copy and pasted please address this post admins or otm

It seems suspicious that otm would ignore a problem that could be game breaking. We waste more plat with this glitch...

This topic has been brought up in several threads.
The issue has been bugged for fixing and the case for this to be a high priority bug has been made. Design are looking into a way to stop this issue from occurring just now.
The fix will be applied to the game as soon as we have it in and tested.
As for the forum ban, unless it was for something else then this may well just be a mistake. Do contact Support about it to confirm if there should have been a forum ban on your account.

I get the forum ban page some times too when I am on 3G. The reason is that the IP address you get while on 3G varies, and sometimes that IP address falls into the range of IPs that are banned from the forums.
Make note of your IP address using a site like
http://www.ipchicken.com/, and when you are able to get back on, PM a moderator with your problem and the IP address you had. They should be able to resolve the problem.
Also, getting on WiFi should resolve this as well since you will get a different IP address.
