Brand skewer drops on android

I'm between northern penn and hagvars camp. Does the android version have the mobs here that drop brands or skewers in this location like on ipad?

They spawn randomly anywhere to the best of my knowledge.

They spawn at a certain spot as I killed 2 battle skewer in shale at same spot before
