Hey my account thats lvl 150+ have been disabled and i dont know why :/ and im sad

Does anyone know the supports mail?
Because i mailed some support on celtic heroes 3 days ago and havent got a answer.

And will i ever have my account back? because all my friends are on epona

I would give them a few days as they have many tickets to go through each day and with beta keeping some of them busy.
