Within how many days can otm give you a refund if you bought an item from the lux shop

I don't think there's a limit, they do swaps at their discretion however and usually swap for an equivalent lux of a different type if they feel it necessary.

If you are looking for a refund of an item, create a ticket on the in-game support tool within 3 days of purchasing the item to claim a refund
