Account banned for over 3.5-4weeks

Hi
my account is banned and i have sent two ticket to appeals and it has been over 4weeks. Is there a problem going on with the appeal team? They need to enable my pin :-) please do as i am here waiting

Mine took 2 months, about 8 weeks.
