tmobile user out there?

Im stumped and frustrated. Samsung s4, tmobile 4.4.4
I once played on 4g, now only wifi.
Posted below, with no real solution or timeframe of a fix presented.
My question is this....any other samsung users with version 4.4.4 using 4g through tmobile successfully able to play ch?
If so did you have to make any setting adjustments for it to work?
