I have sent emails to support and I have sent ingame support tickets and pmed admins with no replys for over a week and my email isnt letting me reset my password through email. This will mean I won't be able to purchase platinum in the future that means one less customer. I demand my password reset this week!

Hey be0wulf, I've found your in game Support ticket for a password reset and I'll have a look into it just now

I recieved a new temporary password from a lvl 1 I had forgotten. Now at 75 It still won't let me change it to my own new password through email also.

So pretty much it seems people dont believe im be0wulf but it i was not be0wulf how would i be on beta with the exactly the same device serial code.
