Forgot Password No Response

I have sent in game support tickets and emails to both appeals and support with no response for 2 weeks or more
I forgot my password from a long time ago and I sent all the details needed but no responses at all! Sorry if I'm complaining I'm just hoping an admin can look into this! Thanks!

Yes he's right they will look at it. I had the same issue on a character I made in April and forgot the password.
