Appeals/support reply?

Hello! I wanted to know the approximate time limit that it takes support and appeals to reply to an email sent? I understand that they recieve many emails a day but is there a low amount of people working in support/appeals? Is there a certain weekly schedule that support and appeals follow such as getting sundays off etc? How long does it take for appeals to fully resolve an issue such as activating an account? I have sent appeals an email because of my account that apparently got banned due to an "exploit" in that game I have no clue about. I have been checking my emails daily but have not receieved anything and has been a week now. Is it possible that appeals or support have any jobs available? I can see how people could get displeased or frustrated that they are not receiving emails quickly enough to attend to any issue they may have. I would love to work with appeals along their side trying to help out its consumers of Celtic Heroes. Heck I would even do it for free if it means getting this game out there and noticed. Everyone deserves to play a game where they could interact with other players and Celtic Heroes does that and more! Having a strong support system that is on point with everyones emails is what keeps that game alive and standing which is what I see in my eyes! If anyone could answer these questions that would be great!

Hey Nhdk. We do our best to get back to player's emails or support tickets asap, however you are right that we receive hundreds every day. Please be patient and you will receive a response. Also, please avoid sending multiple messages about a problem as it slows down the process of us helping you.

I like this post. My rogue account was banned about 1 month ago. i messaged support and they told me he was disabled for trying to loop hack native X. I have no idea how that happened, but i think it was when i tried an offer and it didnt work, so i tried again. Im still not sure, but i received a reply from support asking about my account information. i sent the info to them and they never replied back. It's been about 1 1/2 weeks. Should i just be patient or what?

^^ 4 hours wow, Bigblade yes just have to wait and see. The problem is when a person appeals some send multiple appeals of the same ban. That makes it take even longer to look through. It will be looked at by the team.
