Way too long

I have pmed and emailed about an issue in game. It has been about a month and a half since this issue was brought up. While I understand that many issues are dealt with daily, that amount of time is poor customer service.

Hi. If you have a problem in game you can either submit a ticket to Support or contact us by email at
[email protected].
We try to get back in touch within a few days. There are no tickets or emails that are still waiting an answer from over a month ago, how did you try to contact us?

Contacted both Kodelia and Finn with community as it is an issue with a member of support.
