Did not receive platinum after buying

I bought $300 worth of plat yesterday and today on two different accounts, and have not received it yet in game even though it debited my iTunes account. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps at http://celtic-heroes.com/support/suppor ... um-issues/ and it did not work. I have also checked my purchase history through iTunes, and have confirmed that the purchases were made. I have created a support ticket on each account that I have not received the plat on. I am posting this here as well because this seems like a common problem that CH is having, and it is a very big deal.

Hey, due to the high volume of purchases being made over the weekend please allow for slight delays in your Platinum being added to your account. If you are still expecting your Platinum then please send in a ticket or PM myself your account information and I will have a look for you.
