Support Tickets?

I sent in a support ticket on Saturday i think and i heard OTM doesn't work on weekends so starting from Monday will it take a couple days or does your support still go through the weekends?

Hi,

The entire office is closed during weekends, therefore we do indeed have to work through tickets that have been sent in over the weekend as well as Mondays tickets ect.

This means that support wise, we are awfully busy on Mondays and Tuesdays and that it may take a few days for us to get to a specific ticket. Rest assured that tickets will be answered to as the team gets to them.
