So what's going on? Several people in my clan have had their accounts disabled for NO reason, I have also been hearing about others being banned, can I get a reason for why?

Can I get an update on when my disabled account can play again since support hasn't responded and probably will never respond and I do not want to send and email to their appeals center. Please get back to me

I just want to know if others have gotten their account back when appeals has responded or not. I really don't wanna get a reply from appeals saying you broke the rules (when it's completely their fault and when I thought nativex was a gift from them) just to be disappointed and not get my account back. I hope you understand where I am coming from and tell me wether or not it is likely I will recover my account back. Plus I understand they are busy but what have they done? Have they given any accounts back or just responded no to every person?

Don't worry we'll never get our accounts back just make another one becuase I haven't got a reply and the same thing happened to me

What i dont get is why would OTM disabled players accounts for watching the plat vids and the players never knew that it was some kind of glitch. They didnt even give us any kind of warning just disabled the accounts... Did OTM expect us to see videos that give 120/110 plat for 10 secs of ur time and expect us to not earn plat like that? I mean the first thing we see once we log on is check out the offers...sooo theres no way we did anything wrong and shud get our accounts disabled for OTM's mistake.

Is it possible to possibly press any charges against otm for not abiding by their own rules? Or can we just call them hypocrits? As rules say, people recieve a warning, then a final warning then ban

I have yet to see a single warning for anyone that's been disabled.

Wow dawn knight I didn't get any warning and the 120 play vid glitch isn't severe it's only a mistake that Otm is blaming on there players for using and as far as I know everybody who has been disabled didn't know it was a glitch till they looked at forums.
