I recently purchased the exhalted arctic wings and asked for a refund. The next day i recieved a letter saying they i was refunded and that I've used my refund for this month come to find out the wings were gone and i didnt get my 1million gold back. So i sent another email telling you about this and am waiting to here back atm.

That's always where they send refunded gold/items.

^That. Before mail they gave the gold directly to u, but I believe they give it through mail now.

They just got back to me this morning saying there was mistake. I got my gold back and i am very thankful.
