Dissapearing Item

Hey all,

Recently a friend of mine lost his mount when he updated to the Destiny Engine. After emailing support, they replied back that they were "not liable" for any losses due to upgrade.

Now that to me is utter abuse of customer satisfaction and guarantee and should not be tolerated in any way. How are they not liable for a complete failed upgrade and multiple server errors and crashes?!

Thoughts?

I am the friend :D due to this i now have to run to snorri on feet(they are so sore) and am the laughing stock of gwyidon

Mhmm only a mount. What about a while ago when stuff was dissappearing from peoples inventories? I lost about 8 mil in lux and mounts. Was lucky it was my alt and not main. Still pretty pissed about that though, lost full magus set.

I logged in once and found a mount and 2011 snowman head in my inventory

Hi there, everything is fully logged in multiple places and backed up hundreds of times. If an item disappeared it would be very easy to track by support. The best way to get this resolved is to make a clear support ticket with some information to help identify the item you no longer have and it can be retrieved.
