You cant just simply expect otm to help you by just saying OTM I WANT MY MONEY BACK! ... Common sence here tell a background to the story like how much money why you want it back when and all necessary things

I bet otm will not refund plat. I never seen them actually refund money. I wish you luck on getting a refund.

Thank you Dexxa, I was kidding those guys but do you have any idea how long after contacting support it will take for a reply? I know they are very busy right now. Just a guess would be enough for me. And thanks again for the reply.
