How long for a response

I did a support ticket for a Plat issue I have and I have yet to be contacted. I also contacted Apple Support but yet no response.
Whats the typical response time?
I am a patient man but at the same time if it involves my money thats a different story...

Hi, we try to respond to support tickets within 2-3 days, however due to the volume of tickets being sent in at the moment there are sometimes slight delays. Don't worry, we answer all tickets as soon as we can

Well its been 3 and half days... Still no plat and still 100$ short. Apple Support has yet to contact me and nor have you guys.
