Need to know OTM

OTM i just wanna know if any of our accounts are gonna get undisabled. Dont tell me to send to appeals because i already have and i sent with great detail and they replied and told me to send them another with more detail when i already sent them everything they would possibly want to know. So i sent them another one about almost 2 weeks ago exactly the way they told me to send it. But what i want to know is if we are ever getting the disabled accounts back that is if we didnt have an idea about the nativex videos being a glitch to begin with and for the fact that our accounts getting disabled is really not our fault.

+1 Got same issue but... I made a new character, Transfered ALL my items on it then bothy accounts get disabled. The new and the old accounts where i have transfered items from. Mailed to support told them all( exactly what they wanted 100% correct! They telling me that I got unauthorised access to my account:/ when I clearly mailed to [email protected] and told them that I forgot my password to account( thats why I made a new account, I had email problems. I couldn't get the email with password).
So yeah, my account got disabled so I mailed to appeals and asked them to show me prove or how they got the idea from unauthorised access to my account( 4 weeks nothing) so they don't have prove but they have my account( about 50million worth of lux, 1000 elixs of all kind but exps,combos) wasted around 900$ for no reason.
So then I mailed [email protected] explaining my problem. Guess what? No answer back for 9 days which is 1 week and 3 days.
