This is for OTM

Hi, I had a recent problem with a purchase for platinum. And I seem to be ignored by OTM until I contacted Apple Support. They resolved my problem within a few days giving me a full refund.
My question to OTM is... If I am to do future purchases with you guys will I expect the same results if a problem persists ? And If it does what will that say about your end?
