Hi OTM, I notice my hat, blue coven hat is missing from my account. I never traded that hat to anyone. Can you please investigate and get back to me please.. I can never get another hat like that. I love it. Thanks and merry christmas

First Change your account password because someone might have your password and get your things. U won't know it

Hey Shannon! Just send an in game ticket where it says Support! on the account that lost the blue hat. They will look into it and retrieve it.

Im quite pissed with OTM. You are saying you have no log or evidence of missing items being in my bank account and my main? Wth!! I didnt play ch for awhile. How would i know when i last logged in? Im telling you, i didnt sell any of my items. Its either in my main shannon or shansbank. Please fix this and gimme back my items
