Plat issues with no response from support

I had bought plat 12/25/14, but did not receive any plat for my purchase. I had went through iTunes as form of payment. I sent a ticket on that day and a few after without a reply with still no reply today. I contacted iTunes to make sure that the company had recieved my money and to get my reciept. I tried all the suggested methods to complete the transaction as listed on the forums. Can someone please point me in the right direction or get in touch with me from the company. Again, thank you so much for your time !

im having the same issue. perhaps there is a problem with the new engine that otm overlooked. its just a shame how much you have to go through to try and get your plat.

Indeed :( I would feel better with a response of hey we are looking into it. Not sure if my support tickets are going through.

Hi there SevJane,

Did you manage to get a receipt from Apple?

I think contacting Apple Support would be the best option.

Additionally, you could in a support ticket to [email protected]

Support are super busy due to a backlog of tickets over the festive period so it may take up to (or around) two weeks for a response.

Be sure to include as much information about the account as possible.

I'm also having serious issues with buying plat, I'm using an iPad air2 so I kind assumed it was compatibility related.

I did not receive any iTunes receipts for the many times it did not go through, but I'll check my apple to be on the safe side...

I managed to get it working again by turning off the apple touch to pay setting and also logging out of my account in iTunes then logging into the account directly through the payment screen, this fixed it for me for now it seems, worth noting is that the trick only worked the second time I did it lol...

Does seem to be working for me now so yay!

(BTW-- 500k off 1 chest, sweeeeet)
