Whats with all this bs OTM? Why doesnt appeals reply to the disabled accounts..? They do once but they tell u to send more info. It has happened to many players and they all never get a reply after that (including myself). Some say they have waited 4 months and still nothing. Are you gonna do anything about the disabled accounts or no cuz i dont want to waste my time trying to see whats going to happen on forums anymore since nothing has happened so far. And as for the replies taking time...i dont think 4 months is acceptable and people also posted that they waited even more than that. Are we going to get our accounts undisabled or even at least a reply from appeals?

They disabled my account and alot of other players because of their mistake with nativex videos. We got 120 plat for watching a 10 sec video and disabled every players account who used it (unless that player didnt do alot of plat i think) without giving us a warning.
If i can have admin or community or anybody else who works for OTM reply to my first post for this topic it would be much appreciated. Ty!

Well, I would guess more then 200 people done it So it kinda takes a while when there is only 2 people who works on appeals plus there is lots other people who had their accounts disabled. Plus the new engine has lots of bugs and others.

Just for the future Dont watch YouTube videos that say "FREE" platinum there is nothing free in this game. Even bosses you gotta waste 100 idols to get something on a boss. And most of the times out of 25 people who come to Mord only 3 get something.

I had my account disabled for paying for item with real money... How dumb is that? I even knew that because I was at school with my friend when we did it all that they saw was me getting 1000+ item in the mail from a person who they assumed that has been an authorized access to an account:)

So I made the forum account to see if there is a policy against but Ye it was in the middle of the 3 page policy(person showed me link) so I got account disabled with lots items in it.

Guess what I never even knew that policy was existing. But I did it so as some nice players told me on forums its your foult shouldnt done it.

Also there in policy says that OTM will give you a warning or something like that. Before they will disable the account that where I got lost at all this disabling accounts thingy.

So we can make an argument but we all did something that made them think about it.

Also if you look at my problem how come. Lots of people buying iTunes gift apples in the game for gold. Same thing that I did... I payed money for items/gold. There is no fairness in this.

Also for people that will tell me mail to appeals. I did 3 times now each email has been send at least 2 weeks a part:)

Its not like u not replying is something new. Ive been waiting for up to a month now and some of my last topics i made nobody has giving me a reply to a similar question i asked. So dont say its because of the holidays. A normal company would have got back to me in about a week, its been a month and still nothing. And dont forget that other players have said they've waited for 4 MONTHS and havent got a reply... Are u kidding me? But what i want to now is if we are going to get our accounts undisabled or even at least a reply from appeals. Please reply and tell me if we are or not,Ty!

I hope you don't get reenabled tbh. If anything they should dish all the accs banned for nativex some device bans as well.

Darkshadow Wana know something? If you keep crying nothing will happen faster.
1. You stole from company. Not metter home much because you might made 5 accounts and did it. You could have your device banned from CH be happy you can play the game.
2. OTM has all rights on disabling your account because in policies it sais if person will be found on scamming will have their account disabled.
Also OTM sais:
1. All things that happen on account is your responsibility so there is nothing else you can do about it. You scammed from OTM... When you email them they can...
1. Give you account back. If they see that you don't something bad like in this case stole OTM's money.
2. They can reject your appeal and don't give your account back.

Also in policies they have said it clearly. If you will send more then 1 email about same issue to them they have rights to disregard your email or other way(skip it/delete it).
I can easy tell you that you have send email to
appeals more then ones in past days when OTM was off on their vocations.

There is other things that I can show you that you wrong if you want to start argument with me.

So logicly OTM Allready said everything in policies just read it for yourself.
