How long for refund

I have sent a message to support in game because I wanted to refund my quiver 2 days ago. I did buy it from shop. How long approx do I have to wait? Any experiences :3

When I asked for a refund I got it the next day.

I think the last 4 or so tickets were sent for nothing all were about different refunds or simple questions. Months pass i hear nothing its not the holiday season i think they just dont care. Maybe its just me, they hate me :(
