I have sent a message to support in game because I wanted to refund my quiver 2 days ago. I did buy it from shop. How long approx do I have to wait? Any experiences :3

I'm guessing that possibly they may not be in business during the part of the holiday season. If not, they usually take about a week or more to answer

6 days during a normal business week/month (probably 3 months ago) was how long the refund I wanted to kick in.

When I asked for a refund I got it the next day.

I think the last 4 or so tickets were sent for nothing all were about different refunds or simple questions. Months pass i hear nothing its not the holiday season i think they just dont care. Maybe its just me, they hate me

We have limited support between Christmas and New Year, the whole of the support team will be back in the office on January 5th.

You have to wait as long as it takes.
