OTM doesnt care!!!

about a week ago i lost 100$ of plat. when i bought it, my plat did not show up. i did everything it says on the forums and nothing worked. i sent some support tickets, emails and forums messages and i have not even gotten ONE response. they honestly couldnt care less about investiating this problem or helping me get the plat that I purchased. 100$ down the drain.......i will do everything in my power to make sure i get a refund, but its not apples responsibility to slove your issues OTM, be a real company already. OTM is a joke of a conpany and they try to be offical and convince you otherwise when really they are simply money grabbing fools who seem to be fine with apple fixing their problems for them. this is NOT how you do buisness. if you feel you are ok with this OTM, all i can say is good luck in the future because karma is a ***, and your company will never succeed. I can personally guarentee that.

Wow...rage much? Give OTM a break, they have been extremely busy trying to fix issues with older devices, and because they are real people, they probably took some time off to spend time with family. Wait another week or so is my advice...they will work on it when they can.

easy for you to say. try wasting 100$ then come talk to me. and if you wernt so blinded by your addiction to this game you would easily see how much of a joke OTM is. oh well, this just shows how easily they will get away with this

The only reason it may take so long, is one - the amount of support tickets you have sent and two the amount of claims they get over lost platinum. They do know about people exploiting the system, so they have to double and triple check their account servers and details to guarantee that this was an issue. So it may take some time, and they have probably ready started investigating your account.

Yeah it sucks when OTM takes money from you and doesn't give you the product you purchased. I had the exact same problemthat you had about two weeks ago. I tried everything that they offered nothing worked and in the end they stopped replying to me telling me first off to contact Apple support. I also found out a little irritating that out after contact Apple support for one of their problems. But at the same time I contacted Apple support and within three days Apple support contacted me back and give me my full refund. So that's what I highly suggest you do just contact Apple support and let them solve it.

They did the same for me i contacted them try didn't even care and they were saying they never recieved payment seen though i have full proof of everything i only got back $65 out of $190 i sent them a picture of the purchases and apparently it was cropped down so try couldn't do anything about it i them said i could send them a computer screenshot no reply......

Lol this isn't true at all. I spammed them with tickets once and got some lame threat of being banned the next day. OTM plays by their own rules

Hi there, everything is fully logged during the purchase process so you shouldn't have any worries about losing your platinum. The support team is all back on the 5th January and will be able to sort out your issue. Sorry you've had trouble with this. Platinum issues are very rare and normally due to either connectivity issues between your device and the Apple server (somehow the connection is being blocked), or a device issue or a block on your account from purchasing by Apple. However all these issues are resolvable and hopefully you will have your plat soon.
