So i did things that they suggested on forums still didnt get 330 plat ($20) and was wondering how long does it take support to respond cause i sent in game report and its been like 3-4 days and still no response...i have picture of my account and the purchase going through and the money's gone yet still didnt get plat (paid on a visa gift apple i got for christmas)

And its not the gift apple because i did a $100 plat purchase before the problem and a $20 plat purchase after the problem
