I've Googled and searched this information and can't find any posts about it since after the update. I've noticed that when you open the support tab, it no longer shows that they will restore a character if given the appropriate information. Additionally, when you erase a character it shows a message saying "This action cannot be undone".

Anyone able to confirm whether they still restore deleted characters or not?

I think I've heard of this being done before, as long as it wasn't deleted too long ago. Try emailing [email protected] with all the character details and see if they can do anything for you. But be patient... OTM is getting off a long holiday break and they probably have a lot of support cases to catch up on!

Thanks, didn't want to go sending a support letter for something they made blatantly obvious they won't do.

i've had multiple deleted characters restored. What helps is having a list of finished armor quests, sigils, plat bought etc.

Yes they do, as long as you can provide the right account information that shows the account is yours. Your best bet would be, as Bitey said, to send an email to support at: [email protected] or by making a new account and using the in game support tool. (You can also send Dexxa, Morgana and Ketesha a PM here too about your situation)

Please note however, that because the support team where having their festive break, they do have a very large backlog of support requests to get through! So please be patient with them.

if that is the case, the person requesting the account to be restored has to be the gunman after he killed the original player. So it will be violation of OTM rule that you cannot share account with the gunman who killed you and the account will not be restored. Before you send ticket to otm, make sure you are neither the gunman nor the dead guy.

Hi, if you still remember the name, class, level and world your character was on we can find it and restore deleted characters if needed.
