How does this works. Normaly when OTM give you refund you supposed to get it in the mail but I didn't got email but they said I have to get it from the mail box:/

I would gave you the accounts user name but you currently cannot help me with it because my account is disabled and there is no reason to have 200k on it if I can't even log on it:)
